Company Management
Harmony Hospital was opened in 2021 and is a private hospital directed by Rashid Musa Mpahe and Raphael Michael Lipagira. The directors are the overall, responsible for directing all company issues to ensure that the goals set are met.  The company has a Board of Directors that meets twice a year and is in charge of the hospital's strategic planning and decision-making. In order to run our business professionally and in accordance with health-care regulations, we hired employees with high integrity.
We have enough trained and qualified doctors, nurses, specialists, technical staff, and administrative staff to support the company's activities. We have a sufficient number of staff members from various cadres working around the clock to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible. We have specialized accountants, attorneys, insurance agents, and risk managers on staff that have years of experience and are devoted to helping us run our business successfully.
